WEEK 1 Day 1: Welcome to Our “Don’t Stop Keep Going” 6 Week Boot Camp!!!

For all those of you who made it through our 21 Day Daniel Fast Congratulations!!! For those of you who haven’t done the 21 Day Daniel21 Day Daniel Fast Fast or want to redo it just click on the link.  For everyone else we’re about to turn it up several notches with Our “Don’t Stop Keep Going” 6 Week Boot Camp!!!

What’s Boot Camp??? In short, as defined by Websters Dictionary, it is a short but very difficult training program : a program or situation that helps people become much better at doing something in a short period of time.  Exactly, so you’re going to take a good look at yourself and be honest.  Decide what changes need to be made and then DON’T STOP 6 week basic training boot camp
until you see the results.  Take these next six weeks to discipline your body and get it into shape by making a drastic change in how you exercise.   If you did the workouts in the 21 Day Daniel Fast , these workouts will be more intense focusing on burning off that fat through  HIIT Workouts(high intensity interval training), Surge Training, Zionic Dance Fitness, and Weight Training.  You will also take a closer look at what you eat and what improvements can be made in your diet and nutrition for optimum results.  Let’s Get Started!!!

 

blueberry spinach smoothie

A delicious and healthy smoothie with blueberries, spinach, banana, strawberries, and almond milk. Perfect way to start your day and a delicious boost of energy before or after a workout!!!

Yields: 2 servings
1 ripe banana (optional)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup spinach leaves (frozen or fresh)
1 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons protein powder (optional)
1 tablespoon of honey(optional)
BLEND & ENJOY!!!

 

Let’s start your work out today with a fitness test so that you can see exactly what level you’re at and what improvements need to be made. Keep your score as we will be redoing the test halfway through and then at the end to see your progress. Do the best you can but don’t overdo. Push yourself but, listen to your body and only go as far as is comfortable. Have fun, Do More, Try Harder!!! Be Well.
