6 Week Boot Camp Week 2- Day 7 Take A Break. This might be your favorite day I know it’s mine lol. Today you get to take a break from the routine and do something else. This doesn’t mean you lose focus it ust means you turn and look at something else, what I call “Off Thinking”. Your Spirit, Soul and Body cannot function in the “ON” position all the time. You have to press that “OFF” button at least once a week to allow yourself time to Rest, Refocus, and Recharge.
What would you like to do with your day??? It’s up to you, but here are a few suggestions to get you flowing in the right direction.
1. Listen to your favorite music
2. Read a good book
3. Meditate for a bit
4. Go back to bed
5. Write in your journal
6. Go for a walk
8. Give yourself a treat
9. Go to the movies
10. Sip a cup of relaxing herbal tea
DIY Anti-Stress Herbal Tea Recipe
Combine the following…
1 tbsp. Chamomile Flowers
1/2 tbsp. Lemon Balm
1 tsp. Skullcap or Linden Flowers
1 tsp. Lavender
Steep in 16 ounces (regular mug size) of boiled water for 8 minutes.
Strain, Sweeten with honey & Sip
