This is the 7th Day of the last week of our Six Week Don’t Stop Keep Going Boot Camp.” How are you feeling??? A little lighter on your feet, a little stronger, maybe a little more pep in your step??? Good for you!!! internet high 5 YOU’RE DONE, FINISHED, IT’S ALL OVER, Or Is It…lol.  As you know this is a New Life Style you’ve embarked on and there’s no turning back now. Remember slow and steady wins the race and every day you succeed, you’re building healthy habits that will stay with you forever!!!

In this 6 Week Boot Camp you’ve learned principals about eating healthy and exercise and why it’s so important to pay attention to the types of foods you’re eating.  Keep reading your labels and doing research.  Try to eat as little packaged and chemically enhanced food as possible. Organic-Fruits-VegetablesStick with organic fruits and veggies and you can’t go wrong.

Get Up and Move!!! No more excuses, and no more lazy days, 10 jumping jacks, 10 sit ups, 10 push ups, anything to get that blood pumping.
